Keshon Winns one of GDYF 's officers!

Hello, my name is Keshon Winns. I am a junior at the Burke County High School. This is my 2nd year as a GDYF Junior Board Officer and I look forward to serving in the upcoming year.

I am an active member of FFA, Beta Club, Art Club, Band, and my Church Youth Group.

I am on the livestock team where I exhibit Dairy Heifers for 6 years, Goats 4 years and Sheep 3 years. Although I enjoy showing each species my favorite are the Heifers. The bond with this large animal is so personable and challenging.

I joined GDYF in hopes of encouraging others about the love of show life and the family bond throughout the show barn. I would like to see more involvement and plan to introduce the younger generations to the dairy industry.

Although I still have another year before graduation my dream is to attend Abraham Baldwin and pursue a degree in the AG industry.

I would like to thank my AG teachers Allie Crockett, Felipe Pedraza, and Andy Tenhuisen for pushing me in the classroom and in the show barn and helping me along the way.
